With many years of experience both in the kitchen cooking and at the table eating we have come to understand the importance of one in relation to the other. Our aim in the kitchen, as always, is to deliver great pleasure in the dining room – and at Elystan Street in London, we aim to achieve this through serving pure, seasonal, ingredient led, gimmick free dishes which are full of vitality and flavour.


DRINK
For many people a truly epic dining experience is simply not complete without a glass or two of wine. We have compiled a savvy list of both crowd pleasers and niche wines alike – with wonderful bottles from some of the world’s finest wine makers. Without pomp or ceremony our wine waiters will do all they can to find a gem to lift your day – whatever your mood or budget. We make some mean cocktails too and have some fine London beers to offer.

BE MERRY
Above all else we want our guests to have a fantastic time at the restaurant. It is our goal to ensure you do just that. Yes, we can feed and water you well, but we aim to do more than that – we want to welcome you and look after you with bundles of good old-fashioned hospitality so that you leave with an even bigger smile than the one you arrived with.
