Do you work in Marketing, Sales, Finance or Sustainability, would you be happy to coach a team of aspirant entrepreneurs?
Every year the Horizons' Department runs a Business Challenge for the Shell year group. The year group is split into teams and each team member given a role, including CEO to Sales Director, Financial Director to Environmental Sustainability Director. The team is then tasked with developing a business plan inspired by an item selected at random. Once they have developed their plans, team presents a Dragon's Den style pitch to a panel of industry professionals from the Bradfield Society.
This year the event is being hosted on Thursday 16 March.
