The Horizons team have been delighted by the excellent response to requests to support activities that aim to help prepare pupils for life beyond Bradfield.  Offers of support have come from across the community, parents, and alumni alike, reflecting a massive diversity of sectors, occupations, and organisations. We have also been encouraged by the number of people offering work experience, an increasing area of focus for the department. And whilst they are pleased with the offers received, they would love more!

Work experience is an incredibly important feature of the Horizons programme; helping pupils to develop skills, gain commercial awareness and help them determine if they are a good fit for a particular profession. It is also increasingly becoming a pre-requisite for further education courses and a definite advantage in interviews.
